You May Be Eligible for Time Served-Jail Credit.  

If you have outstanding warrants with the Lake Dallas Municipal Court you may be eligible to request time served-jail credit. For your case(s) to be considered for credit you must enter a plea of either Guilty or No Contest, provide picture ID or Driver's License, fill out the request for time served-jail credit form (link below), and provide proof of incarceration and the dates of incarceration must be after the warrant was issued by the court.  Once the court receives the request, it will be submitted to the Judge for review and determination of time served-jail credit.  

NOTE: Time served-jail credit will result in a conviction on your record.

Once a determination has been made on your warrants, you will be notified and any remaining fees will be due to clear the warrants, if full credit is not granted.  

Please allow 10 business days from the date the request is received for the judge's final determination.
