The City of Lake Dallas is requesting interested firms to submit Qualifications in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to digitally scan and index all paper records retained at Lake Dallas City Hall and to provide a records management software solution for searching and retrieving these digitized records, as well as migrating the City’s existing digital records from existing City systems.

Responses may be submitted online at the above link or mailed to 212 Main St, Lake Dallas, TX 75065. The RFQ will be open from 09/15/23 to 10/10/23 at 2:00pm CT. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 2:00pm CT on 10/10/23 at 212 Main St, Lake Dallas, TX 75065.
