Rental Fee - $75.00 per day
Reservations
- Events over 100 people:
- MUST rent the pavilion; permit required
- $750 fee (includes $500 deposit)
- Needs to include: police/uniformed sercurity, lighting, restrooms, medics, site plan, weather plan, traffic plan, liability insurance of $1M per event with the City named as insured
- Please also provide: any marketing materials, written parking approval from land owners, Army Corps of Engineers approval
- Must be free to all public
- Subject to administrative review and approval
- 90 days notice
- Events with 25-99 people:
- MUST rent the pavilion; permit required
- $175 fee (includes $75 deposit)
- Every vehicle must purchase a day pass and park in any approved spaces
- Subject to administrative review and approval
- 14 days notice
- Events fewer than 25 people:
- No permit required, just day passes
- No pavilion rental required
- First-come-first-serve
- Any reservations take precedent
