BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) to this all-level practice in the Lake Dallas Library. This is free or suggested $5 donation, kids can join in or sit and ready while we practice. All-levels and abilities welcome. In addition to asana (posture) instruction, this class includes brief meditation and pranayama (breathing) practice. I emphasize proper body alignment and awareness, and use of breath for integration and release. My teaching style promotes strength, flexibility and the ability of the body to recover from day-to-day stresses. This class is tailored to meet the needs of the individual student for that day. Feel free to bring a friend too! If you have special needs, please try to let me know in advance so I can bring props for all: firstname.lastname@example.org.
